what is your childcare situation?

I'll be going back to work in the fall and I'm not quite sure how to do childcare. My husband works various hours, so I cannot depend on him on a daily basis for school drop off or pick up. I would like to get a job that starts at 9-ish and ends at 2-ish. Highly unlikely. I may just go part-time. I don't know. I have my in-laws that I have NEVER depended on for something like this. I would hate to start now. I have a retired neighbor who might pick them up. There is a lady across the street from the school who does childcare too. What do you do?
