Do you have to request payout?

Here at mylot, do you have to request payout once you have reached your minimum? Or do they automatically send your payment on the 15th if you have reached your minimum? I saw in another post that you have to request it and I do not see that anywhere. I am confused now.

lol well I hope you get a lot of responses on this post because I have the SAME question.. I also couldnt see where you would request a payment but maybe I am missing something! I will be watching this for the answer!
