If you follow the American system Management in sports or in Indian team, then there will be no one to play cricket in India. Any player is not a god to play all the games perfectly and to win. If it happens then there will be no losing team. Coming to Shewag or Sachin, they have shown what their strength is and will come out of this bad patch soon.

Certainly now Indian cricket needs only professionalism(like australia)and not humanity.To regain at least 2nd position only performance based selection is required.all nonperformers should be out. One more thing the rule should be same for all,not only for Pathan. Firstly lot more improvement in professionalism is required in selection committee only.
