How to Start a Medical Billing Service?

Does anybody own their own medical billing service? If someone does can you tell me how you started yours? I have almost finished my Medical Claims and Billing Specialist course with US Career Institute and I am going to need some work. So I need all the help I can get. Responses would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
