Would you stop talking to your parents for the one you love?

If you met the one person you wanted to spend the rest of your life with, and one of your parents had a hard time dealing with loosing you to them, would you eventually stop talking to that Parent? Whatever the reason for that parent to dislike your new spouse, they begin to make life for the two of you miserable. Would you finally reach a point that you would end communication with that Parent? How about the whole family, as in the other Parent, Sister, Brother, Aunts and Uncles?

Keep talking to your parents whatever the reason.
To start with they may not talk back to you but it is important to keep the lines of communication open so that when attitudes change in the future you havn't burnt your bridges behind you.

No, My mother would come first. She means the world to me. Know one could ever replace my mother.
