question about cash4offers

I have been earning cash receiving paid emails from cash4offers.com and all of a sudden today I opened the email and I got a message that said 'This account is not currently active' and it also said to perform a who is lookup to find the owners contact http://resellers.tucows.com/opensrs and I did that and I sent an email to the contact on the website that came up, I haven't heard anything yet, so I was wondering if anyone else had this happen to them and what is this all about... anybody know? Any info would be appreciated.
