Ok, say your birthday was on February 29th,(leap year) and you are 20, your birthday isnt every year so would you be 20 or younger, or is it when march 1st passes you're just like, well i must be the next age? how does it work?
I know so many people who have their birthdays on the 29th of Feb..they usually celebrate their b'days on the 28th in non-leap years. In leap years they do it on the 29th. Obviously they are growing old and every year counts as it passes.
