Valentines day preparations,whose started it??

I wud really like to know who is on their way to propose anyone on this valentine and how are they goin to do that...
Wud it be like a red rose in hand n bow down n ask "Will u be my valentine" or sumthing special..as am single i wud love to know how the commited ppl feel about this day...

Just take ur valentine 2 a beautiful inn which is located on de shores off sea.ask her to sit show her de beautifull moon in a cool breeze.and talk about the "signs of successes" tat u made after u met her.
talk abt future plan how ur going 2 spend..similarly tell how u spent in past also .. dis is adds a plus point to ur valentine and now its time to offer a warm gift in a cool breeze just bend towards her and offer a lovely red rose 2 her and ask her tat could be my valetine?
