do you drink milk daily?

I am getting ready to go to work and I just had my glass of raw non homoginzed milk. I feel very satisfied.

Good mornig vaibhav! I don't drink milk daily...i deside to have it daily, but it doesn't taste good...(for me, i know u like it). Atleast in the morning I can't have it, so usually i drink milk at night.

well i cant think of life without milk. milk in breakfast is essential can skip other things but cant do without my glass full of milk and then i need one glass in evening and one before i go to bed and if i get to have it other times of day also in shape of coffee i wud definetly get my hand on it

Yes I drink milk daily 4-5 times a day. Because milk is good for health especially for bodybuilders. I also a professional bodybuilder and I better know that what is the importance of milk in life.
