Should schools should required uniforms and i dentification cards?

There are schools that bare very strict to their students they didnt get in the students who have not wear complete requirements such uniforms and ID's
Why do you think the reason?

My high school required students to carry their ID cards at all times, but had no real dress code...which was kind of gross.
I wish they had required uniforms. Not only would it have made it easier to dress in the morning, it would have curbed what some of the kids were wearing.
The school district actually tried to convert to uniforms when I was in elementary school...and, oddly enough, the students were all for it. It was the PARENTS who voted it down. Weird, huh?

a school should have a proper dress code to be identified and should have a policy to be cosedered so that the student must have a great environment to learn
