Is it more important for a mom to stay home or to work out side of the home.

I am one that I have a hard time doing the same thing over and over. As I have previously stated I run a daycare. This allows me to stay with my own children and also to be home when my older ones get home from school. If I do work outside the home as I often do I have to really feel comfortable with who I leave my kids with. I am a very protective mom and I hate leaving my babies with just anyone. So how do you as individuals deal with this sort of thing? Stay home or work???
