How can we solve problems of terrarism and naxalism in INDIA?

As all of you know that India is facing the problem of terrarist,naxlatite like this many with different names in different parts of INDIA.We know that this problems are facing by INDIA for many years.The activities of terrarist and naxalite killed many innocent people,in them there are children too.They will say that we are doing for INDIA and keep going on klling many and many innocent people.This problem is not only faced by INDIA but also by many other countries.
