Do you believe strangers?

Believing stranger depends on most of probabilities. A stranger can be had access with lots of reasons. If he is going to represent on behalf of distant relation. In that case we can't reject him unruly. So I'm going to listen his version first and depending upon the credibilities I'll make a decision. Otherwise I'll make him surrendered to the police on the grounds of nuisance.
