Have you tried praying? That seemed to work for me. Plus the fact that i'm no longer married to him. I have no trust for my now exhusband anymore because he cheated on me.

Give yourself time alone. I know how hard it is. Learn to accept the fact that things like this sometimes happen to a relationship. Accepting reality will help you get over the pain, and hopefully, you will be able to forgive him. Crying over spilled milk will only hurt you the more. Pick up yourself and accept that he is gone. Acceptance will alleviate the pain you feel. Why am I saying this? Because I have tried it myself. I have accepted the fact when my boyfriend left me for another girl and it did help me get through it. In fact, I was able to show him how strong I was even if he left me. You know what happened? He came back and chose me after all.

Man... I dont know what to say.. its very hard to forgive when someone cheats on any girl or guy when he or she is already married...
