I need to get a divorce from my wife who is in the army and I am currently not financially able to do so. I have been trying to get in contact with her for months now, not just to talk about the divorce bet also to talk to my daughter who is now 6. We have been separated (not legally) for about 4 years. I really would like assistance with this and I understand that you may be able to help.

Contacting the military authorities will not help I suppose, the military authoritiescan't force her to meet you right? find yourself a good lawyer. Opt for the lawyer only if she is bluntly refusing to contact you. Or else try to approach her directly, authorities i.e........

Contact the military base in your area. They can help you contact her (they should also be able to help you collect support). Also, speak to Legal Aid in your home town. They have lawyers who work for them and can help you get your case to court for free (if you qualify).

scan the yellowpages or surf the internet for legal services. as to locating/contacting your wife, her being in the army should make it easier for you to do so.

if shes in the army you should be able to contact them as she is still your wife, and they should be able to tell you were she is, but if not then go to a lawyer and ask them for help and advice, as you should get a 15 minute consultashion for free.
