What is the best gift one should give to her girlfriend on valentines?

I think there are lots of materialistic things like diamonds etc....But for my girlfriend i think just a sweet hug one kiss and 3 words in her ears which matter the most to her....I LOVE U For me thats the best ever thing i can gift to her and i knwo she likes it more than anything else besides that i ll gift her a rose or a bunch of roses just meant for her and ill take her for a dance somewhere But for the gift the most special gift will just be those words and just the realization that i am always with her and will be the same way in good times and bad times I think that promise is just the best ever gift i can give her

Go with something that is homemade. Check your local mall for a pottery place that will let you hand paint something. Drag out the crayons and construction paper and make her a card. Trust me, I am a chick and if I guy gave me something home made, it would be worth more to me than a dozen roses or something purchased at a store.
