As a system engineer i have to design the management processes for the implementation of the new sales and distribution activity as my initial project report. the company operates through three main areas of the activity 1- electronics products 2- fibers and composites REPORT MUST CONTAIN 2500 WORDS 3- general products Report must consist of the following major sections: 1- an investigation of the general process that must be followed to establish an electronic sales system and a report on my proposals. 2- preparation of slides(paper copies). 3- draft action plan for training and implementation of proposals. assignment will address the following learning outcomes- -develop a knowledge of managing change -prepartion of management reports -research less well defined areas of acitivity and lateral thinking.
