It help to eat spicy stuff if you are in a cold country. How about if you are staying somewhere near the Equator?. Do you guys really can take the spicyness? How spicy is spicy for you. Is Thai tom yam really spicy or Malay food does the killing? Tell me of your experience.

The spicier the better. I can't really enjoy my food if it's not spicy either from curry or just normal chilli. I guess it's the Malay in me. Once when i was in Bangkok, a friend brought us to this restaurant and we told the cook not to taper down the spiciness of the Tom Yam and it was perfect. Had two bowl of that.. Yummy!!!

i can take spicy food and i love it. :) i think though that if compared to thai food, theirs is much spicier than that of filipino spicy foods. but i mean, there are some who nibble on chili peppers here like its some kind of candy.

Medium is enough for me. Few years ago, I could not eat anything without chili sauce. It was like a habit that any meal I ate,it had to be spicy. Now, I gotta be careful about how spicy I can take. I dont want to have stomache or diarhea.

I'm in Indonesian so people in Indonesia are really addicted to spicy food right? I can take chilis pretty much and also a jalapeno? The spicier the food, the richer the flavor will be..Am I right?
