If RDB is not nominated for OSCARS, so what ? Now we hav to start rating it ? So rate RDB in the scale of 1 to 10, where 10 means best and 1 means below average. So start rating it for the sake of RDB's best ethusiasm provokeness.

i would rate this pic for 8 becoz every movie can be bettered one day so no one can ever be given the highest point of 10 for that only i gave 8
according to me 8 is the highest given to another movie to if that matches the RDB

Well I am not that surprised for the movie that it has not nominated for OSCARS. I knew it would not from the beginning. I would rate it 6-7 on a scale of 10.
