There have been times when Chewie is sleeping and she barks. also sometimes her legs would twitch like she is running in a field somewhere. Very funny to watch. I take it she is dreaming.....must be a good dream.

We have three dogs, a 5 month-old Bichon Frise female, a 6 month-old Pomeranian male and a Pomeranian/Sheltie 5 year old male. The only one with "noisy" dreams is the Bichon. She barks, cries and whimpers in her sleep, sometimes for minutes on end. I am interested to see if she does this as she grows and becomes adult.

our dog sleeps inside the house, in the living room particularly and when we are still watching TV and he's like very asleep we often hear him like mumbling or acting weird, we just guessed he might have been dreaming of something. he's really cute in that way but now he's gone so we just hold on to those memories.

I have a yellow lab named Xena. Sometimes she sniffs, make little barking noises, and her paws start going in walking mode while she's on her side. I picture her dreaming about trotting around on a nice sunny day sniffing for spots where her friends have um...visited.
