Word itself is a phobia. Imagine a person who is suffering from this disease. If you are not familiar with this condition then let me tell you about it...... It is a condition in which a person starts imagining things which are not real.he/she sees thing or people which not even exist in this world but for them they are so true as me and you. They live in their own imaginary world and if somebody try to reveal truth to them or face the reality, they wont believe them.they turn wild and managing them at that stage is real difficult.
In some cases, these patients have unknown fear from their imaginary person.they feel as if that person is behind their life and wants to kill them or harm them in any manner. And to make tehm believe that its just their imagination is not possible.
these patients outwordly appear quite normal as other individuals.but when they get this schizophrenic attack they start behaving abnormally. they can get this attack anytime anywhere.
have you ever met any such patient?if you ever encounter any such person how will you manage them? how will you make them understand the reality. what will you do?

There a homeless man who hangs out where I work. I think he's schizophrenic. Occasionally, he'll just laugh for no reason, or scream for no reason. He's perfectly nice, and in the middle of a screaming fit, he remains polite. (It may or may not be schizophrenia; i never claimed to be a psychologist.) It frightens me sometimes, because I'm the only one here at nights, and if he gets violent, there's no one around to help.
However, I'm much more frightened of developing schizophrenia myself. (I know it's not contagious, but it is a phobia I have.) I saw "A Beautiful Mind", and it scared the bejeezus out of me. Not being able to recognize reality scares me.
