How to ask for a pay rise to your managment?

I am now working in a flooring company. As the year of 2007 has come, our management is willing to give pay rise to all the staffs in the office. I did have the hint that they will increase 10% of the salaries. However, I just think that this increment is not according to what I have done to the company. Many things being done from my side. I am really tired and need more appreciation in the company. I work total. However, something I dont like is work overtime. I never do that. I choose to work 150% on the working time and none on overtime. So, please advise me. What should we do to get the management's attention and whether you have any hints for us to propose our will to the management for their special increase in the wages. Have you ever in this situation before?
