Is it necessary for couples/lovers to date on Valentine's Day?

i think a date on valentines day is important. i dont care at all if the restaurants are crowded that. sometimes that overcrowding thing is what makes the date memorable. its nice to go on dates on valentines day and show everyone else that you and your partner are still madly inlove. a date in the house is okay as well as long as there is a date. it really depends on how the partners make their date a very special one.

it isnt important to mee to be with my love at the particular day. i havent yet spent with him valentine's day. but sometimes it is good, it is like belonging to community, everyone does the same, like new years eve. i think it is good to celebrate it as it is a tradition. like every other tradtional day we celebrate. ok but i dont celebrate it in such way although i would like to one time. for me personay it isnt important but i like when others doit.
