So many of my thoughts are with the men and women fighting in the Middle East.

There's a hole in my heart put there by our government . I am no big U.S. government basher as I am thankful for the number of freedoms we have as American citizens , but I am so disappointed in it right now . Why are we still in the Middle East and how can we allow more of our young men and women to go over there ? It's been several years now since we were first deployed and where is Osama Bin Laden ? I'm starting to think that our system of checks and balances is broken . Doesn't anyone else recognize that we are in war for the capital gains of one very powerful family , The Bush's ? Is it acceptable for so many American lives to be lost for the financial gain of our President ? The quality of life is not improving on our own soils but supposedly we are there to improve the quality of life over there . They are involved in a civil war that will never end . Their people's lives and beliefs are set by religion . This will never change and there's certainly nothing we can do to change that . There will always be resistance . That's like a communist nation coming to the Americas and trying to force us to adapt to the communistic way of life . There would never be an end to that war as I'm sure we would all fight to the bitter end . Please let me know your thoughts on this . You don't have to be in agreement with me . I'm just curious to hear the thoughts of other non-political figures .

If you take a lok dahrjamail.com, you will see that growing number of Iraqi see the war that happened to them is really a "crusade" war waged by the US to destroy, even secular iraq began to think like that.
The US, is hated by majority of arab ( christian and moslem, secular and fanatics ) people, not because the US "lifestyle", not because US is an "infidel state", but because you invade a country with force, with tanks, with bombs. And if you invaded a country, you dont just drive tanks to the city center, and claim that you have liberated the country people, before that, there is such thing called "bombing". And there isn't a thing called "precious bombing". Innocent people will die. To the Iraqi people, its the US who start all of this.
Somehow the US media managed to make the word "terrorism" sound more terrible, horrific than words like "invasion".
Day by day, i'm very grateful and thankfull that many Americans suddenly realized what the bush presidency has done. If i live in the US with all the media supporting the war, maybe i'm too be one of the war-maniacs.

I don't mind the grammatical errors . I'm just glad to see that you have an opinion on the matter . It does appear that the U.S has started the problem and it saddens me that we may all be subject to acts of terrorism because of how our government is dealing with these Arab nations . It is unfair that civilian lives continue to be lost when we are not part of the decision making process . Invasion and Terrorism are the same word in my opinion .
