I have met a lot of people who are very keen on giving advise, but they never follow their own advise. Share your experience of this type of people.

Yes, they are also known as hypocrites.
I guess that sometimes they are speaking from experience, saying I do it and regret that I did or admit it's an awful habit that's hard to stop. (like smoking)
I'm definitely a hyprocritical smoker ; )

If a person is sharing his bad experience or some bad habit with another and request not to repeat same, giving the possible after effects, i dont think he is a hypocrite. But if someone does something secretively and wants others not do to it, i think then he is a hypocrite. Yes?

I meet them all the time esp. in my work. The important thing is that you do what's right for you and all concerned. Another thing though, I noticed how when you were going on vacation, how all your friends were there for you and said that they would not forget you. I admire that and so I requested that you be my friend

One of the best things happened to me is my collection of good friends on myLot. They are extremely helpful and understanding. Even though i dont come to myLot frequently, they never misunderstand me. I appreciate them very much. I am happy to add you to my friends collection.

This reflects dictatorial attitude mostly found in bosses and in mother-in-law for a daughter-in-law. There is a possibility out of anger when things are not going as one likes, one would talk to children, subordinatres, or labourers. But this attitude is not correct. This is amounting to say PREACHERS ARE NOT FOLLOWERS.
