Hey all, thank you if you are reading my question, I'd just like to ask, is it better to view my computer monitor with glasses but the screen pushed very far away, or without glasses with the screen closer (about half the distance with the glasses). I currently have 2 pairs of glasses and wear the weaker ones for the computer and my other for other activities, please fill me in, it's very hard to find an answer through search engines. If anything else is needed the monitor is about 80cm away from my face with glasses, but around 30-45cm away from my face without glasses. So yeah which is the more healthier option. If you need any more details just ask, I will reply, will be checking this topic everyday for a bit. Thank You! ~Supaweak PS. For those who have also seen this exact same topic on Yahoo, yeah I'm asking here only to get a wider range of answers to help me make my decision, + Mylot seems to be alot more enthusiastic than Yahoo.

You can't compare mylot with yahoo for some reason.Yahoo does not pay for your post and you can't get so many response there. And I would allways recommend you to use your glass when you work with your p.c.

With glasses it is always better becuase in that way your eye gets a lot of protection. It also saves you from unhealthy radiations that emit form the computer.
