HEY..DONT TRY TO DEGRADE YOURSELF..OR OUR OWN COUNTRY...
I KNOW DOCTORS WHO ARE 75 YEARS + AND ARE STILL GOING STRONGER AND STRONGER...DOING GOOD AND ATTENDING TO THEIR PRACTISCES.. THEY SEEM TO BE MORE PUNCTUAL AND REGULAR THAN THE OTHER YOUNGSTERS!
ALSO THERE ARE PEOPLE IN GOVERNMENT SERVICE WHOM I KNOW PERSONALLY, WHO WERE GIVEN SERVICE EXTENSION, JUST BECAUSE THAT THEY WERE TOO TOO GOOD ...ONE OF THEM IS 72 YEARS NOW..AND DOING GOOD..
THERE IS A SAYING..."EVERYTHING STARTS IN THE MIND"..IF MIND SURRENDERS, THE BODY ALSO SURRENDERS... IT IS RIGHT ..
BEST WISHES!

This doesn't mean that they CAN'T retire until they get that old, that just means that they HAVE to retire when they get that old if they haven't already.

This issue is related to few points as below,
1_The population density of the country.
2_The literacy ratio of the country.
3_The skilled manpower availability.
4_The need of experienced employees.
5_public opinion.
6_Unemployment problem if not serius.
The decision lies according to these factors.
