I also think that it was the 'poppodom' comment that resulted in Jade been branded as a racist, although I don't think she intended it as a racist remark, I just think she was too silly to realise what she was doing. What I don't think everyone realises is that it was Danielle who sparked off all the anger against Shilpa, she was the one that was b*tching about her in the toilet with Jo and Jade and called her a 'dog', and she also pretended to be friends with Shilpa and then twisted her words and ran back to Jade giving her a completely different story. So personally I think she was the catalyst. Although I don't think they intended to be racist with their remarks, I do think the 3 girls were guilty of bullying Shilpa and their behaviour was unacceptable. It's also worth pointing out that if people insist that the girls were racist then surely Jermaine's comment that Jackie was "white trash" must be racist too?

I think it was jade calling shilpa 'shilpa poppadom' that tipped it over the edge although to be honest I'm still not sure if she really didn't know that her words would be judged as racist, I know she's thick but surely not THAT thick!

about the worlds used by jade it is racism if you had checked that video you would come to know, but at that time -fight was going on between them so i cant say that as racist remarks many use the world, in many other programs too some worlds like f**k, b**ch are used during the anger , about the progrem the media hyped as now viewers had reached a high, so just spoiled the image of channel 4 thats it.
