I had a magnetic hematite ring once that alleviated almost all the pain from my carpal tunnel..unfortunately, I broke it and haven't found another like it since..Magnets have been used for all types of pain therapy for a very long time..have you ever used it and what was it used for? Did you get any noticeable relief? Please share your experiences with us.

I have used one on my wrist and I also have magnetic insoles. they do wonders for my feet. I use a small round one for headaches. They can also be used on dogs to help with arthritis. I combine magnets and Reiki to deal with pain.

i personally have not used magnets for pain relief but my dad has to help with his bad back and stif joints. he swears by them, he takes less medication and is alot happier and more mobile.
