See, as the nation has less per capita income. Richer have gone more rich and the poor has become more poor. This is due to the imbalance in the economy. The income or earnings by the innocent, honest means is very less gained by the people. You could see every politician, government official demanding bribe for the task done or yet to be done. This is a difficult issue to root it out. Once the economy rises and every needy people will have their standard raised, there would be tremendous and drastic changes.
