who is the head of your family?

Hi friend, both husband and wife is having equal importance in a family, in our house we both take decisions and give importance to other persons honest wish and desires.

As with most of the indian families the head of the family is the eldest male which in my case is my father.All the important matters of the house are discussed amongst us and after listening to everybody's opinion the final decision is taken by daddy.Needless to say if there is a difference of opinion then dad's opinion prevails over all other.But the thing that surprises me is that the level of understanding between my mommy and daddy, they never seem to disagree about any matter ever.

My husband and myself share equal responsibilities and we also take decisions after consulting one another.

In my family decisions are taken in consultation with everyone..so that all gets have a say in important decisions. This takes some more time but in the end everyone is satisfied.

wid six members in our family every one put forward their views and then -ve and +ve aspects r discussed and then finally a descision is taken mutualy

The head of our family is my husband but it doesn't mean he makes the decision-making all by himself. He usually consult me especially when it will greatly affect our relationship.
