will sasuke come back? Will he fight itachi?

Will the team of Sasuke, Sakura and Naruto back? Will he be able to fight itachi later and defeat him. he is with orochimaru right now and he is very obsessed with power. I am just wondering whether he will be coming back to konoha and rebuild the clan that was once destroyed by itachi. Uchiha clan.

Well, I think blindedfox's assumption is close but I just hope that they will reconcile.
I like happy endings so I thats just my so called "hope to happen". If they fight, it will be a disaster. Sharingan versus sharingan! There will be lots of awesome fight scenes and techiniques versus techiniques.
Sasuke was drowned by his lust for power and he even abondoned his friends while he almost killed Naruto in their last battle. Whew, what a friend! Sasuke was influenced by Naruto, so I guess he can contain his greed intentions and will be able to come to his senses.
I looking forward that Sasuke may rebuild the Uchiha clan, who knows right? He may end up marrying Sakura (poor Naruto, well, Hinata is still waiting silently).

I agree with you, even though the one that naruto really likes is sakura, sakura likes sasuke the most, and the true love can be shown in hinata. Even though hinata know that naruto is troublemaker sometimes (well, always) She can see the good side of naruto of getting people to acknowledge him. It will be great if this happen and uchiha is rebuild

Let Sasuke marry Sakura. Naruto is better off with Hinata. LOL

Thanks for the opinion though I disagree with you. Dont you remember the time when sasuke was good comrade to sakura and naruto, they are all so close to each other and sasuke even risk his life to protect naruto when they fought against haku from the hidden mist. In my opinion sasuke will come back but that does not guarantee that it is right. Your opinion might be right as well. thanks once again. I appreciate it.

Yup, I am also hoping that he will redeem his mistakes in the end and fix their relationship with Sakura, Naruto and the whole Konoha.
Im looking forward that three of them will accomplish more missions and establish a good relationship. I want them to reconcile because they are becoming stronger, Naruto and Sasuke are gaining powers and strengths while Sakura's learning to use her healing techniques taught by the Fifth Hokage.
Lets hope and see that good things will happen.

Sasuke WILL come back. Only, his intentions are not to reconcile with his friends. Well, that's what I think. Sasuke hungers for power. He manifested this by abandoning his VIllage and going to Orochimaru, who killed his village's Hokage. He rejected the cursed seal for a while but succumbed to it when he realized that Naruto is stronger than him. He plans to further achueve power by activating his Mangekyu Sharingan, which requires the user to kill off all people close to him to be fully activated. =) So I think Sasuke will be more of a villain once he comes back, Let's just see what happens. =)

Well, the Villagers still consider Sasuke as their comrade (although Sasuke has left his Konoha lineage the moment he left Konoha). Naruto doesn't fight Sasuke as his enemy. He wants him back the way he was. Sasuke just got drowned of his own power that he is willing to leave all his friends behind, and even sacrifice them for his Mangekyu Sharingan.
We'll see lots of Sasuke and Akatsuki in Naruto Shippunden. Watch out for it this February 15th. =)
