Back to the future is definitely a classic offcourse, the best about time for sure. But I also liked very much 'magnolia', which is into the future, and everything out of that movie has been studied if it may be possible in the future (like those pcs on the glass screens). And also the new one 'Children of men' gives a weird future image from this world, very good movie!

I think you're mixing up Magnolia with Minority Report. They both starred Tom Cruise.

My favorite time related with the subject of time is and will always be Biccentennial Man. Impressive acting by Robbie Williams and very deep and interesting story, you should check it out someday.

The three that come to mind are Millenium and Somewhere in Time, and The Time Machine(1979). Milllenium people from the future come back to our time. Somewhere in Time a man goes back in time. And with The Time Machine, a man goes to our time from about 100 years ago. Oh I almost forgot Star Trek 4 where the crew comes back to our time.

Check out The Jacket and 12 Monkeys, both based around time jump themes. Time Bandits if you want a comedy slant on things.

Same here, I also think Back to the Future is the best time travelling movies ever made, what else could have been better.
Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd did well together in the movie to make it the beat time travelling movie ..

my favorite by far is a movie called "time aftrer time." The story is H.G. Wells actually invented a time machine and went back into time chasing Jack the ripper. And of couarse, that's how he got the idea to write his novel "the time machine."

I'm not sure what the best one is, but I really like Terry Gilliam's Time Bandits. And The Fountain jumps back and forth through several centuries. It's a very beautiful film.
