Yup! A few years ago I ordered a really gorgeous down comforter and pillow set. Brand new. It was a Buy It Now item so I paid right away with funds I had in my PayPal account. I never got anything from the seller saying they got my payment and would be shipping the items. I waited for awhile and then tried to contact the seller. Everything was ignored and shortly after that I noticed their account had been suspended from eBay. Then all of my emails started bouncing back to me saying they didn't have an email there. I tried everything to get my money back but nothing worked. They had done this to about 10 other people during that same week and made off with everyone's money. I never did get the items or my money back. It was a waste of $90 at a time when I could not spare the cash for such a waste. From then on I vowed I would never pay for anything instantly. I wait until I get confirmation from the seller and have corresponded with them a few times. I also only big on items from someone with ALOT of good reputation. The one that screwed me over was a new seller with very low reputation. I should have known better.
