How can i tell them the truth

I think i am a very bad person in relationship, as i am having two boyfriend at the same time. One is my first boyfriend in my life, and we had been together with each other for 5 years, since he left me and working in a remote province. And one is my workmate, who is care about me all the time. I know it is incorrect to have their low both, but i really do not how to tell them, and which one should i say goodbye to, or i should leave them both. Maybe it wl hurt more, if i do not tell them earlier and let them find out themselve, but i am really lost for the time of being
