How is it possble we can blow two different types of air? Hot air when we want to warm up our hands. Cold air when we want to cool down our foods. Can anyone explain this?

it has most to do about pressure. when your warming up your hands your mouth is open more and the air moves slower, when your blowing on food your lips are closer and the air moves faster it feels cooler because its moving heat away from the area at a faster rate

It's the speed at which the air is leaving the mouth. Your body is a constant 98.6. The air in your lungs will be this warm. If you let the air come out of your mouth slowly, it will remain warm. If you blow it out at a higher speed, the air cools down.
