I Step on a Bubble Gum

Yesterday when I waiting for bus I accidentally step on a bubble gun . It took me almost 20 minute just to remove the that sticky gum from my shoe. It is cool if people want to chew a bubble gun but atleast have some courtesy to spit it in the bin and not the walkway . I were angry and cursing the guy that spit the gum the whole time when I were on the bus.
What do you think ? .

I agree Its not a nice habbit to spit gum on the floor so others tread in it.
Next time - if there is a next time you need to remove any try freezeing it. Use your Ice pack and chill it well, then it should scrape it off easier.
Did you know that In Singapore, you can get a $1,000 fine for chewing gum in a public place.
This is not because the government has anything against gum chewing as such, but rather reflects their concern for the pollutant effect discarded gum has on sidewalks and public places generally, in a city that goes all out to protect its cleanliness.

yeah , I used to live in malaysia and I do heard story about Singapore imposing fines on gum chewing. Thanks for the tips I will try it next time if* I ever step on a gum "Again".

Oh I know how you feel and not only have I stepped on gum in the streets, but INSIDE of stores while shopping. I was once inside a movie theater, many years ago, when someone from the balcony threw their gum and it landed in my hair. I had very long hair at the time and had to have it cut in order to get all of it out of my hair. I was so upset about that. Some people are just rude and have no respect for others.
I could understand if a small child's gum fell out of his/her mouth and his/her parents did not see this happen, but I have seen grown people throw their gum down with no thought for anyone else.
Oh, and don't even get me started about how annoyed I get when people throw their garbage from their vehicle onto my lawn! : )

yeah , I hate those people too. I don't know why people are not considerate enough to wrap it in the paper and throw it to the bin. sorry to heard about it, I do know that if bubble gum stick on the hair it is hard to remove.

I agree with you. It is a shame people cannot throw things in trash bins. It is so aggravating to step in gum and is quite a mess.

It is best after chewing the gum , wrap it and throw it in the bin. If one spit it in the walkway , they will be a poor victim stepping on it.

I agree I mean that would of been the best thing for however did this to spit there gum out in a trash can but never on the ground where people walk. Some people don't care though.
