IN mylot same topic in various way

People don't use the search field to research a question before asking it.

thats mylot..... people may not know that such a topic has already been started and they start the same topic.... it can't be avoided

I think most of them didn't realise the question actually been post already.

I will admit that at first I wasn't checking with the 'search' before posting. I am now though. I have had some discussions that had no replies and then 2 weeks later I see a copy of my discussion, exactly, by another poster, with 10 answers! It is frustrating.

beacuse sometimes you jsut don't know, and some of us don't think to do a keyword/tag search to see if it has already been created. some of the topics were posted a while ago-and people want curent answers etc.

Yes.,it is always better to check the discussions by search option and then post their discussion.But due to time factor nobody has time to do it and hence we get repeatitive discussions on same topic.

i think this may be happening due to : 1.not knowing that the topic was already dicussed. 2.that every one wants to get response to their post in easy way by starting simple questions like what is your favourite colour? or Do you like pink? or which colour you like?etc.. anyhow topic may be the same but the participants may differ and so that new ideas may emerge!!!!!let it continue ... thank you!

well thats the fun of it everybody gets to earn so theres no problem at all haa if you want to stop it then you will have to communicate with everybody and make them work together like a manager
