Help I am lost! Where did Billy come from?

I used to watch Charmed all the time then I was not able so now I watch TNT everyday faithfully to catch all the episodes I missed. The ones I am seeing now have Billy in them. How did she come into the picture? I have only seen about 3 episodes with her. I thought maybe TNT played the episodes in order but they do not always so someone please bring me up to date. Thanks in advance.

Most of the people on here pretty much got it correctly. The only exception is that she had come into the picture before they pretended to die. She was Paige's newest charge before they were thought to be killed. Durring that time they took her under her wing to fight demons in thier place. Eventually becoming like one of the family. At first I didn't care for her, but after a while she grew on me.

I'm getting used to her now, but it really bothered me that she just showed up one day after I missed a few episodes. I hate it when that happens!

Me too. I was completely thrown for a loop when all of a sudden Prue was no where to be found and Paige was being introuduced! I thought I had missed an episode or something. I know why they did it the way they did - but it didn't make it less confusing.

I had missed a couple of episodes too and was wondering where she came from too. I'm glad to be caught up to date. It seemed really odd when all of the sudden Billie shows up in the picture and we have no idea how she got there.
