Cyber "play" - is there a real satisfaction/released?

I often wonder, why do some chatter engaged themselves into something like this. Other men are even willing to pay that high amount of money for such an act. Maybe some of you might comment " Why dont you try so you will know ". Well answer this first, maybe one could convince me to try.
