Smoking is nasty and I don't think you should depend on it for losing weight. Thats not a really good way to lose wieght if it does make you lose weight. Cuz if it does, its prolly messing up something eternally and shutting something down.

It don't think it helps you loosing weight healthier.
Smoking is not good for your health.
Its smoke is bad for lung and some one near you as well.
I think you are better to do excercise fifteen minutes a day. Or walking 20 kms a week is the best to losse your wieght.

Smoking is really dirty. It spoils your entire system. You will definitely loose weight when you smoke and at the same time increase your tummy fat.

Smoking Kliis, that should be the message imprinted on every person's mind. Smoking does help you lose weight in the early stages, but this is only temporary. This is because nicotine causes a person to lose his/her appetite, and as such, it causes them to lose weight.
However, this is a double-edged sword. Smoking will help you kick off a few pounds (short-term weight loss), but then, your body will begin to get used to the effects of nicotine, and your metabolisme and appetite will resume it's normal pace. As such, you would still be eating the same amount as before, having horrible smelling clothes, breath, and yellowed teeth.
Please do not take up smiking, it isa horrible vice, and I am very thankful to my parents for always discouraging me and my brothers. Do not fall prey to peer pressure. A good diet and exercise plan is a much better alternative. We should all be happy with who we are, and not compare ourselves with others. Hope I could help!!

smoking doesn't make you gain or lose. Ok let me explain. When i was smoking i lost 50 pounds but i made that happen by walking and eatting only a little and drinking lots of water. Now i have been smoke free and all that i want to do is eat and eat and eat so I've nieither gained nor lost any weight since my last docotors visit which was about 2 months ago. I just found this out today so now i'm back to doing a lot of walking and a lot of water drinking. I hope that i can lose the weight again. The only reason why i gained my weight back is because i've got 2 more children. I have a daughter that is 2 and a 3 month old. So i know about gaining and losing weight while smoking.
