keyless entry programming for 99 tahoe

I have lost both keyless entry remotes for my tahoe. Dealerships want $60 to replace. I purchased a GM remote\fob from an individual,however the dealership wants ...you guessed it $60 to program it. Does any one have instructions???

This is too bad/ everyone is trying to just make more money/ i say it shouldnt be about the money it should be about lending a helping hand/
I do not have advice for you but dont lose your keyless entry.
