Okay it is only about 3 degrees here and that is cold but my feet are almost always cold. I know it is not a circulation problem so what else could it be? Right now I have 2 pairs of socks on and fleece slippers and am still freezing. But I have this problem almost all year long. Thanks!!

Usually cold feet are a result of poor circulation, but you may want to have it checked out by your doctor. My hands and feet get extremely cold (especially my hands--I HAVE to have gloves on to function!) during this time of year--I live in socks (they do get changed 2x a day). It could be that your feet are sweating, introducing wetness to them from the extra socks and you're unable to get heat in there (that's why I change my socks to a new pair at night and toast my feet in advance). Check it out with your doctor though! Good luck!

I wish they were sweating! I know it is not my circulation so I am really confused. I do have an appointment next month so I will add it to my question list :0)

wear a hat. Heat escapes from your extremeties like your feet, head, hands.

Thank you but I am talking about all the time even inside the house I do wear a hat outside though as i know most of your heat escapes your body that way.

When it's cold the body strives to keep certain areas warm, this includes the head, chest and belly areas. The feet and hands are extremities that the body is less concerned with. So the heat goes where it is needed most. Now circulation problems can cause the hands and feet to get cold as well and something to get checked with your doctor. It might be something that isn't anything to worry about. I've known some who have cold feet all their lives, just part of how their body works but it is always best to get it checked.
