Any suggestions where I can find a nice condo in toronto?

My family and I are moving to Toronto, Canada in about 6 months. We have started searching for condos/apartment units online and still can't find a nice one. Any suggestions as to where we can find a nice condo (with a good price ofcourse and preferably near Bay Street)?
