Although it's not confirmed by mylot but it seems that the higher the number on your star the better the earnings you make, it depends on the + & - rates you get from other members to judge quality of your discussions and responses .. this means people who post quality discussions and responses gets better earnings .. so keep up the good job and it will keep improving :)
