Can u give me some tips regarding personality developement?

I m doing Engineering, my branch is Information Technology. After my graduation, I'll b looking 4 jobs. I have got gud programming skills, But I m afraid of my personality developement. I think, if tomorrow, I'll b told that I m not required for the company i.e. failure in the interview/test, I think it will be due to my appearance. Give me some tips regarding personality developement, i.e. how 2 speak wid 2nd person, my presentations etc etc.

The most important thing for character development according to me is confidence in yourself. Until a person is confident about himself he cannot develop his correct character and also the looks his body posted and his way of talking is also very much important for the character development. Apart from this there are not many factors which are related to character development like knowledge about different things, soft-spoken, be patient and calm etc etc

U should b cool, in most of the time. Cool means, during discussions or presentations there should b no other thing in ur mind. u should focus to the present things. U should not become nervous at small small things, That's it.
