I used to be so strongly against abortions all for the right reasons but a recent insident in my family has now opened my eyes to understand why women have abortions, i understand not all pregnancies, regardless whether they are wanted or unplanned - could proceed and become a human life for a number of matters and imy heart goes out to the woman who feel they have no choice but to abort their baby x x x

I am not against abortion at all. It is one of those issues that is simple to settle but continues to be discussed in all societies. I AM against laws that prohibit it becauuse those laws are usually based on religious dogma, not humane treatment of those who must make such choices. There are no need for laws against it. If someone doesn't believe in abortions ans a choice then they can do the sensible thing and never have one. It is not their right to make that choice for others. I also believe that, unless an individual woman chooses to share the decision with the man who impregnated her, men should have no say in a woman's choice regarding her reproductive health.

I'm pro choice. So, I'd really have to consider my situation and consider the health of myself and my baby before I really made a decision. If things weren't looking good for myself or the unborn child, I would probably have to terminate the pregnancy. However, I wouldn't do it just because I was too lazy to use birthcontrol and got pregnant. That's not right.

Totally against it. This is an immoral and bad activity which leaves the mother shattered. We shall give some things to GOD's will and the birth of a child should also be given in Gods hands... India is currently suffering from a disturbed ratio between boys and girls due to this wild act of crime. They have only ONE girl for every 7 Boys... because they abort girls soonafter they find that its a girl in ultrasound...

No, abortion is wrong. It is murder. The first day a child is conceived in a mother's womb, it has already a heartbeat, it is alive, just like us.

I am PRO-LIFE. I feel that at conception, there is a baby inside. I feel life starts at conception. I have three children and I do not know how I would have ever aborted any of them. I feel if a person performs certain actions, she should take on the responsibilities that come with those actions. This is my personal belief, so please don't blast me for it.

i am against abortion. protect yourself if you dont want children. dont get that way an kill them. it not there faught. they only was i would accept an abortion is if there was something deadly wrong with my child of it would put my life in dager. other than that for get it. against all the way

I think it is a decision we have to make for ourselves. Personally I don't believe I could ever do it because I view it as murder. However I know many people who have had abortions and I certainly don't hate them for it. I just know for me, I would have a hard time living with myself if I did something like this. I think there are always other ways if you don't want the baby. There are so many people out there who would love to have a child but for some reason or other cannot conceive.

I im not completly against abortion. My oppinion is that if you just don't want a kid-abortion should not be an option! However if there is some major risk that the doctor brings to your attention, and you know that your/the baby/you and the babys life is at risk-it should be your decision. So other than a serious health risk, I donnot think abortion should be an option. I pesonally would not get one unless my doctor told me it would indanger my life, or if they found out there was something seriously wrong with the baby.

i am for a womans right to choose, there are several reasons why women have abortions i dont believe that they should be used as a form of birth control. unfortunatly i had to have an abortion a year after my youngest child was born.it was the hardest decision i have ever made in my life but there really wasnt an option of having the baby because i couldnt leave my other two children without a mother
