Why do some women prefer to be somebody mistress

Iam a matured lady and have a good job and doing well on my own but in Africa nobody respect any woman who dont have husband and somehow i could not get young men who want to marry me probably because of my age and status and iam left with the option of being the other woman but the up and down of such life is enormous,not with harrasment from wife and contempt look on neighbours but i can only be complete being somebody wife and you need to read my blog and see reactions.What do you think i can do and is being a mistress that bad?

If you can't have your own husband then remain single!!! I wont blah blah with things about God and everything.. I still think being a mistress is sooo uncool. Especially if that main is still with his family. It might be acceptable if he had separated. But to have an affair with a "family man" its a no, no! there are children involve.. just imagine how hurt they would feel..... if you are really that mature! then you what's good for you
