I've just been put forward for an Interview ........ *yay*

I want to wish you the best of luck on the interview! Go in there with the attitude that they will be lucky to have you; be confident and sincere. I hope that you get the job! One hint- be sure that you have an explanation for the year that you were out of work, because they will be sure to ask about that. I recently got an awesome job after being unemployed for over 6 months. I had to go through a long process and 2 interviews, and it was discouraging at times. Just hang in there and keep your confidence up. By the way, you're NOT OLD!! You have valuable work experience and skills, and I'm sure that you can contribute a lot to the team that is considering you. Good Luck!

I am so happy for you. I wish you much luck and success. My husband was fired two weeks ago. He is having such a hard time finding a job at 70. He is healthy and very experienced. They want young people for half the salary. So, I understand your situation. I am really glad for you.
