animal pooper laws

I have a neighbor whom I have asked on several occasions not to walk her dog into my yard to go poop. I've caught her children on several occasions with the dog in my yard. Near my front door and near my veggie garden. I have to active children who can't play in their own front yard without having to look where the step. What should my next step be?

Is there a way that you can put up a fence, a small picket one maybe. Maybe you could put up a no dogs sign or something. I hear ya completly though. I hate that! So rude.
